16th November 2011

Full day, Milton Keynes

This Business Development Day will assist installers with the MCS Certification process and is delivered by trainers who have experience in being assessed, getting accredited, or assessing those that have applied for MCS accreditation.

Main Points
The day will cover the 19 steps required within MCS001 and delegates will be supplied with an MCS Manual in Microsoft Word, which can then be tailored to your own Company’s individual requirements as much as is needed.

This hands-on day not only includes a fully editable manual, but also exercises and delegate involvement to develop an understanding of the accreditation requirements. You will be asked consider questions that relate to MCS001 Appendix A, Table 1 prior to attending the course to help you identify where most work will be needed within your company to be part of the MCS. Installation Quality Control (IQC) also know as a Quality Management System (QMS) is necessary before an installer can become MCS accredited and Table 1 sets out the minimum requirements an installer must satisfy to show that they have met the requirements.

Delegates are encouraged to ask questions and raise issues during the day, particularly those that directly address the question of how their Company can best comply with the requirements of MSC001 without lots of unnecessary work. The extensive experience of our trainer, Frances Crick means that she is very well placed to advise you in this area.

Although One Stop MCS does not guarantee passing the MCS accreditation process, it should very significantly reduce the time required to obtain MCS accreditation and also minimise the number of non-conformances your Company receives from the certification body of your choice.

As an added benefit working to MCS quality procedures should enable your company to manage your paperwork and customer relations better and in that way save time and gain a competitive advantage.
